High Performance Emergency Response Training

The High Performance Emergency Response Training helps individuals and teams respond to various emergency situations with confidence and expertise that can only come with deliberate practice. Our expert simulation staff and American Heart Association Certified Instructors conduct fast-paced, hands-on emergency scenarios. The detailed instruction and post-training de-brief by the simulation team will equip the participants with the skills necessary to treat patients experiencing a variety of critical events.

Specific training elements can be customized based on need. Training can be held at The Institute for Simulation Learning, Holy Name Medical Center, 718 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ or at your facility.

Obstetrical Pre-Hospital Simulation Course

This high-intensity, Obstetrical Pre-Hospital simulation course will provide first responders with the skills and confidence required to handle precipitous deliveries and other potential obstetrical crises that may be encountered in the field. CEUs awarded to NJ paramedics and EMTs.


Trauma Crush Injuries Course

The Crush Injury Simulation Training offers the pre-hospital medical professional a blend of classroom and hands-on simulated trauma situations staged in a realistic environment. 3.0 CEUs awarded to NJ paramedics and EMTs.

The Center offers a full complement of courses and certifications including CPR, AED, First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Courses are offered at Holy Name Medical Center or group training can be held at a location of your convenience.
